Alexandra Semmelrock is the owner of asandco. A graduate in social sciences, Alexandra has worked for internationally renowned consulting companies on national and international HR projects in Europe, the US and Asia in the industrial & manufacturing, finance, IT, healthcare and FMCG sectors.

Building on this experience and her excellent international network of contacts, she founded asandco in Munich in 2005 with the aim of providing her clients with personal, innovative and sustainable advice of the highest quality.
